The "Zero Barrier Fiber" is a hybrid drill designed for carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP), glass fiber reinforced thermoplastics (GFRTP), unidirectional materials (UD), and resins, featuring a 4-blade wavy 3D composite R-cutter shape! It is specially constructed with a carbide drill, allowing for clean hole drilling with suppressed burrs through single drilling without a pilot hole. Burrs are minimized on both the front and back surfaces, reducing deburring work and enabling cost savings and high-efficiency production.
